Tsvetan Tsirkov has been elected as a member of the Supervisory Board of Lukoil Neftohim Burgas AD
Tsvetan Tsirkov is the new member of the Supervisory Board of Lukoil Neftohim Burgas AD, as it became clear after the General Meeting of the company held today. Tsirkov is a long-standing civil servant in the Ministry of Economy and Industry.
The State, represented by the Ministry of Energy, owns one class A share (the so-called "golden share") of the capital of the refinery. In this capacity, the State has the right to propose one of the members of the Supervisory Board of the company, whom the General Meeting of Shareholders is obliged to elect.
Tsirkov will occupy the position after entry in the Commercial Register, a request for which has already been submitted on behalf of Lukoil Neftohim Burgas AD.
